Ancient Period Image Gallery

These image are from a range of games and armies all taken from the Ancient period of wargaming. We mostly use either Hail Caesar or Home brew rules for the larger Ancients  games, and even plan weekend games as the period is very popular.

St Helens Spartans

We are a Gaming Club based in St Helens in Merseyside England. We play a range of games including Wargames, Roleplaying Games and Boardgames that cover all periods and rule systems. We meet at 7:30pm till 11:30pm every Wednesday. The Club Runs a well-known and well attended convention each year called Phalanx at Sutton Community Leisure Centre. Our membership is around 30 mature like-minded people, we do not allow under 18s in the club unless accompanied by an adult.
